Very Worth It - Columbus, GA

After having 4 kids I had some loose skin and decided to get a tummy tuck. The pain was similar to a csection but not quite as bad. Recovery was 2 weeks. Took about 2 months to heal completely with the swelling and lingering pains. I read somewhere that achieving a six-pack after having one is next to impossible. I beg to differ.

Picture of Scar

So besides my Fox tattoo being cut in half you can see the scar has faded nicely and is very thin.

You look amazing! I'm 7 weeks PO. How long after surgery did it take you to get near what you look like now? I can't wait to go bare and not have to use camis or a binder! Lol

Thanks for the review. I really want to get back to working core asap, but I also don't want to push it and rip out all the work my surgeon does. From your experience, was six weeks enough to do really hard core exercises, or would you give it longer? Also for lifting heavy?

You look absolutely fab!!! How long did you have to wait to start exercising again (in particular vigorous exercise)? I'm planning on having one done sometime next spring and was just curious after how long I'd be able to get back into my fitness routine. :)

Awesome awesome awesome......what type of workout and eating plan are you on?

I'm a personal trainer so I make my own plans. When Im bodybuilding high reps 10-12 with low to moderate weight, when training or powerlifting I go heavy 5x5. Eat clean

I always hear about people eating clean. Do you ever give your body a break and eat something not so healthy? ;) I use to date a body builder who swore by eating grilled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice daily. Is this what your diet looks like?

Girls i had 4 kids, 4 csections! Before my tummy tuck i had a huge muffin top, loose skin, and really bad muscle seperation. These pictures were a year later after busting my butt in the gym. You can do sit ups, crunches, all that after a full tummy tuck. You too can have a six pack! Lol
