Hi, I have had three children. I weigh 145 pouns and have a small a cup. Im thinking of going up to a small d for breast and want smart lipo on my belly and things. Can anyone tell me if this is a good idea and how much weight i might loose and if they think that a small d is a good breast size, oh and im 5 foot 6 inches?

You're pretty tall, and taller ladies can generally pull of larger implants and bra sizes well. What does your surgeon say about sizes?
If you haven't already, you might want to try the rice test for sizing.
Also, try not to focus on cup size too much. Here's what doctors say about implant sizes vs. cup sizes. Keep us posted!
