Looking to Have Surgery in March - Columbia

Hello Ladies, I was so hesitant to post my review so to the fact that I did not want to upset anyone, or their business! I prayed about it and I feel like I might be about to help someone out, that's where my heart is! I went to Colombia using Bella Vita as my consultants, I had to change my flight because after I paid my deposit I never spoke to them again! They ended up emailing me back telling me how overwhelmed they are because they are having a grand opening! So I went ahead a rescheduled my flight, at first I understood. The driver was there waiting on me with a sign with my name on it! When I came to the house it was beautiful the staff wAs great! The reason I stayed at beauti sleep was because the Owners posted on their Instagram that a few of the nurses spoke English (not true). Which was ok we were told to download a translating app which would have been perfect if the internet worked in the house! Let me correct that the internet did work sometimes! The problem came when we found a translator we were told that if we hire one they have to give the house a percentage I don't understand why. We meet her from the doctors office they called and complained on her and she was fired. I know these things have nothing to do with my recovery I just wanted to inform you guys on the mess that was going on in the house! So on my second day I went for my consultation with Dr Cortes it was amazing! He does not speak English their was a translator their. He informed me that I had to wait 2 days before I could get surgery! The best part of my stay was my doctor. So on my surgery day everything went great my results were amazing also. The driver from the house picked me up and everything went down hill from there! The meals that we were given were not good for us. The chef was really nice but we were eating rise and pasta no vegetables! So one of the girls hemo went down and her friend was very upset so she went downstairs to let them know she needed food yes she was yelling. To this day we still don't know what was said. Well the owner emailed her and told her she had to leave because she threw food at the chef! How insulting for her to think that a adult would through food at another adult. Well anyways all the nurses and the manager was pissed because it was not true! So the girl ended up leaving! Yes the owner did apologize but it was to late you kicked this girl out in another county! So the list goes on there were so many complaints in the home! Yes I do understand it's a new business but you still have to have a heart. Which brings me to this! The owners knew Dr Cortes was not board certified and they still promoted him, but know they are posting that they will not work with any doctors that are not board certified which is a smack in the face what about the ladies they have already referred to him! Not to mention his bed side manner is amazing, his massage therapist came to the house twice a day go give us massages! He came to the house every other day to check on us! I know things happen that we don't know about but for them to turn on him like this is heartless, I would never do business with women like this! I just want to let you ladies know it was hard to give a review but when I saw them posting about the doctor I couldn't take it anymore! I only mentioned a few things that happened! Of you have any more questions I am willing to answer!

I'm having surgery in March and I'm a little worried about Blood clots. My mom gets them foyer and my sister had surgery and she had one! I'm just a little worried is this something I need to worry about? Also will the clearance test I have to take pick up on this? If anyone knows about this please let me know!

I am looking to have surgery in March but I don't know how to go about contacting a doctor in Columbia! If anyone is planing to go in March can you help me! I have been reading a lot of reviews day in and night but for some reason I can not get in contact with Dr Villalobos. What's the next step that I have to take! Please help me
