Weight gain
I can't handle the scale... Someone please help me!! I was down to 136 pre surgery and now 147, I'm only 12 days post surgery... Please help me!!! Stitches come out Tuesday 4/7, follow up appt then. Hopefully I can get the ok to workout. I read surgery raises your metabolism to heal properly, this isn't the case for me. Anyone please tell me this is normal!!! It will go away!!!
From surgical to sports bra
Today I got to switch to a zip front sports bra and only 8 hours a day. The surgical bra last week was 24/7 except when showering of course. Can't wait to let them loose tonight. First day back at work. My right boob is still a little square at the top and my left boob feels more tense and fuller. Ready for them to be settled in already but I'm happy I did this... Padding free for life! Ready to get back to the gym and sweat, all in moderation I guess.
Only 5 days
Few extra pounds but oiling up the coconuts after the shower today really puts it in perspective! I have prettier boobs as the days pass!!
