3 weeks post op
So,, yesterday I had my 3 week follow up and it went well. All stitches are out, stomach is pretty much flat, i feel the top portion puffy but the rest in healing good. Most scabs have fallen off, I use calendula ointment everyday and it has worked well for me.
Its strangely hard all around my incision and lower abdomen, so hard it feels like a bone in there. Will it stay hard or get soft at some point? I am walking a little hunched but cant lay flat on the bed. I dont know if i need to begin stretching when I walk or let it come natural...? My stomach muscles feels very tight!
I can also feel some discomfort while sitting, I think it might be the numbness going away.
Anyone have advice on how much I should wear cg?
