I hade 1ml of Restylane Perlane injected into my mid-face (not cheeks exactly but more towards the nose), Dr Lee said I had depletion of fat pads there and we should start with conservative amounts...It always can be added more later. He used canula, after he injected some , he inserted needle at single point at each side and spreading the product with the canula. He placed the product under the muscle so it was a bit uncomfortable but nothing major. Today is the third day, still a bit tender when I smile or touch it, no bruising or swelling. I thing there is a little improvement but I would need a bit more... And of course it does not change my tired eyes which I know I would have to have blepharoplasty and posibly brow lift
