Muffintop (Back) - Cleveland, OH

I was becoming more and more aware of the roll of lower back-fat I have been noticing, even though I haven't gained any weight. The Dr. who preformed my tummy tuck two years ago recommended it, so I decided to go for it. The procedure took just over two hours from start to finish and I did it without taking any Valium so could feel what was going on. Besides some pulling and twinges, it wasn't bad at all. Went to work the next day after a quick stop to have Dr. look at it, and it was doing fine. Now, the next couple weeks I was really, really sore, but started working out after only a week. I am still sore, but as the swelling is beginning the go down, the soreness is gradually diminishing. I will post more pix in a few weeks and continue to do so till final results are achieved. So far, so good!
