Dr. Chan and his staff are great. I was scared to have my procedure because I had heard so many horror stories about laser resurfacing. Dr. Chan put me at ease. He used shots to numb my skin (this was the only part I felt and it wasn't bad!) and the rest of the procedure was painless. It took about 10 days for me to heal to the point that I could go out in social situations. My skin looks and feels so baby soft! I love it.
