My recent nose was done by dr. Alonzo silicone L shape, worst decision of my life ! The implant is like floating at my bridge that made it sway left and right even with the slightest touch and it's really not properly aligned. I will share this story at a different post.
From a girl who has beautiful eyes, beautiful skin but with a flat tire nose, i tried pinchig my nose to make it pointy, i tried nose magic and that is surely ridiculous just a waste of money. Oh well that motivated me to undergo the knife and get rhinoplasty, my previous rhinoplasty with silicone caused me trauma like i said it was swinging from bridge to tip left and right and it is crooked
A friend of mine referred dra. Corazon collantes jose to me, she did my friend's nose and it was beautiful complete transformation, Why i did not chose her in the first place ? I did my first rhinoplasty 3 months before my friend got her nose done, and i did not do proper research after i went there for consultation i requested to do the operation right away.
Anyway after the depression i started to save money so i can afford her i called her up asking if i can get the same rate with no extra revision charge, since when i called dr. Valerio he was asking additional revision charge, anyway doc said yes same charge and i was so happy but same time worried. Fast forward i went there for a consultation, over the phone i thought she's a snob for she sounds like one, but in person she's the nicest doctor I've ever met, during consultation she said my bridge was already high and it kinda suits my face but when i showed her the movement of my silicone implant she shooked her head and said it was floating it was not properly implanted causing it to move.
I then again scheduled the operation all cartilage asap after 4 days, she did my chin bunching for free since she wants the whole face to be balanced. The operation took about 6 hours because they harvested the cartilage in my ears and formed it into a shape, no it was not diced like other doctors do. After the operation before cleaning my face she showed me how my nose looked like but i'm still high from the anesthesia, she's comforting me and kept on smiling at me saying "i did my best to make you beautiful like what you requested" i wanted to hug her out of extreme happiness but the grogginess is my enemy that time.
I was prescribed several meds, and some instructions like warm and cold compress dont stay in bed too often to reduce swelling and glad i did, i did not have any bruises on my face. Healing was smooth !
After a couple of days i went back to get the bandage off and after a couple of days more i went back to take off the stitches at my alar base and behind my ears, oh that is painful like pinching your skin to the max !
After a month my nose still looks big like avatar nose because of the swelling, the swelling completely went away after 3 months
Over all i'm more than satisfied with my nose it looks super natural no trace that is face no alar scarring it's like i'm born with it *wink*
