I've been following realself 4bout 6mths, lookin at b4 & after pics, researchin all Dominican Republic docs...Duran, Yily, Cabral etc. I decided on Yily. From what I see & what I hear she has all positive reviews. I'm posting my b4 pics & next week I will be posting my afters. Hope this helps with ya decision makin :-)
