Hi, just thought I'd post a little something for...

WORTH IT$4,400
Hi, just thought I'd post a little something for others who had their surgery around when I did.... I'm doing well, I like my nose. I'm not going to lie I wish it was smaller..but my friends say my surgery was a good one because people don't notice. ?? I still have some swelling and I know this because my nose is still somewhat stiff...not like a "normal" nose feels, and the bridge of my nose is still sensitive and tender, not horrible, but noticeable. When it's cold and raining out, I notice my nose is even more tender..I guess it's like any other bone that was broken in our body. ?? I will post a picture in a couple months at my 6 months mark, maybe I will have all positives to say. But don't get me wrong, I'm happy I went through the surgery! Hope all of you are doing well. Take care.

Thanks for the update..I feel about the same as you..wishing mine was smaller. Our surgeons did us a favor by not making it too small. Too many bad things can happen when they do that. Your profile looks great. Hang in there. :)
I also feel the same about my nose; I think it looks a little too wide after surgery. I had spreader grafts put in after the dorsal reduction.
Thanks for dropping in to say hello Lisa. Seems like our noses change the most in the first few weeks, but the remainder is snail pace or slower. We'll get there! My tip still feels stiff & I do miss being able to wipe & squeeze it normally with a tissue when it feels I need to. All the best and I look forward to seeing some pics from you at 6 months.
Your nose looks great! you should be very happy!
i like the way your surgeon did to your nose look. He didnt make it too small and it looks so original. This is exactly what i want done to my nose. It matches perfectly on your face. What is your surgeon's name?

I'm 14 and had my 4th nose surgery 4 months ago, it was plastic surgery. Due to a car wreck that crushed my whole nose completely in to my skull, I had to have clay like stuff put in it for a fake bone. I have another one in June. I hated the plastic surgery so much, I had the packing in for 6 weeks (worst part) and bruises for 3 months alllll over! Wouldn't recommend it if I didn't have to have it... It's been 4 months now and I still feel gross, I couldn't eat and woke up with a dry throat for the longest time due to breathing out of my mouth. Yuck.
I so relate to your review. I am one month this week and am hoping that it's still swollen and a bunch of other nit picky things. Try Origins clay mask for the black heads. Isn't is SO bizarre when people close to you don't notice? It's frustrating and reassuring at the same time! Your progress looks great btw!
Yay, congrats on making the two month mark. I am pleased it is progressing :)
Thanks for the updates! I think your nose already looks AMAZING! Swelling is annoying, but I am sure that as the time goes by, you will just keep loving it more and more. Good luck and keep us posted.
can you let me know the name of your surgeon. please

Hi today I'm just about at 5 weeks. I'm been so...

Hi today I'm just about at 5 weeks. I'm been so concerned about how big I think my nose looks and this morning I kind of had my ahh ha moment. I was washing my face and I was using a magnified mirror and I noticed a lot of black/white heads on my nose and some dry peelly skin so I thought I'm going to get all of this cleaned up. So gently I worked on my nose, all along I must have been resting one hand on my nose. When I was done working it over I noticed a huge divet in my nose where I had rested pressure! My nose had sunk in because there was so much swelling. Despite that it looked funny I was so happy to see how such retention there truly is! Once all of this swelling subsides I think I will be very happy with my nose!! I know this seems crazy but maybe it might be helpful to some of you!!
