I wanted to wakeup looking like I did when I went to bed. Its great to rub your eyes or cry & no smear.
My eyeliner was done 7yrs. ago & needs no touch-up. I recently had my eyebrows done & wow! No pain.

I was told Colleen was the best & had years of experience by someone who had permanent makeup done 10 years before me without touch-up & it looked great. She was very sensitive to how I felt & looked. My daughter & many friends have used her services & none of us would recommend or use anyone else. She makes you feel very comfortable. You do have to make appointments in advance as she is quite busy.
