Hi I am 8 days post-op and I feel like my nose is really swollen. I got open rhino with bridge augmentation, collumella strut+tip grafts, along with alar base reduction.

Not tht much pain, but the healing process is hard, especially when you have so much swelling and feel like your nose looks like a mushroom.

I was wondering is the base of my nose swollen? It looks like the base of my nose is wider, can it be because of the alar base? Or is it going to be my final nose width.

I'm in a similar situation! I'm nine days post-op and my nose doesn't look that much narrower to me, which was my main motivation in the first place. Did yours ever improve? Thanks!
