to get rid of that tire I had around the waist. I am 45, and it did not go away with just fat free diet. you have to hit the gym, and do a high-protein diet. combine with lipo, I can play voleey-ball again without my loose shirt on.

I had liposuction over my mid-section: my stomach and sides. I am a chunky guy. I had the surgery on a saturday and by monday I was back at work. she told me to wear a tight t-shirt, and she ordered ultrasounds and massages too. she kicked my ass: she put me on a high protein diet, and I hit the gym. I am so glad I listened to her: in 6 weeks I saw a big difference. I play volley-ball on the beach, and now after 3 months I don't have that tire any more around my waist
