Update on Zoom treatment

I called the dentist told them my concerns and they asked me to come in. When I went in they told me that what I was experience was completely normal, she says it part of the “blending process". She then told me that the blending would take usually 2 to 3 weeks to finally settle to its last stage. I wish they would have been more informative about this before the process, they just assumed someone had already told me this information. Well overall I still don't see the difference in color in my teeth I am guessing this is for serious yellow teeth. She also recommended that I could use the touchup kit if I felt the desire to have whiter teeth but to just take caution that to much continuous use can lead to sensitivity. I plan on using the touchup kit in a month, hopefully I will be satisfied with the results.

After my last tray of Invisalign I decided I would like to whiten my teeth. It was a four 15 minute sessions and I barely made it on the last session. You have to stay still with this light thing in your mouth for an hour while they come in and reapply the whitening gel every 15 minutes. After the treatment I still felt shocks of pain in my teeth it lasted for a day and a half. My teeth were whiter but on day 4 I noticed that it seems to be coming off, as if were painted on my teeth. As of now not to happy with it, I probably would have gotten better results with the whiting strips they sell at the stores for way cheaper. They did give me a touch up kit but fear of ruining my enamel and having pain has prolonged me from using it. They recommend using the touch up kit 6 months after the first treatment, I feel it is way to early to use it. Out of anger and disappointment I haven't called the dentist back because I don't want to sound aggressive, after all they are just doing their job.
