These are early pics, about 10 days after. Very little bruising, still swollen, but I can already tell I am going to be pleased.
The circumference of my arms has definitely decreased. I have some loose skin but I knew that ahead of time, hoping it will shrink and tighten over the next few months since I had the laser lipo done!

Dr Gutowski
Dr Gutowski and his staff are professional and experienced with all aspects of cosmetic enhancement. This was my second procedure done by Dr Gutowski. My first surgery included TT and breast implant removal with mastoplexy and his experience and skills have given me the results that I wished for. Smart lipo was a much smaller procedure but I am hoping for the same wonderful results I received before. With three offices to choose from it is easy to make an appointment and he is always prompt yet does not make me feel rushed.
