I lost quite a bit of weight throughout college, and during the process, my C size breasts shrunk to small Bs. I've felt self conscious ever since. May 2014, I made an initial consultation with Dr. Mustoe and brought my boyfriend with me. He took his time and was confident, yet kind. He made me feel comfortable and I trusted him. After a 45 minute consultation we left.
After deliberating a few days, I thought I'd go back and ask a few more questions (the second follow up consultation is free). Again, Dr. Mustoe took his time and eased all concerns I had. I set a day for surgery, July 9th and I left.
I returned 2 weeks prior to surgery for my last pre-op appointment . We talked about size and he had me try on different size implants in my bra, under my clothes. It was the first time I got truly excited, and could imagine myself post surgery!
I arrived at the surgery center the morning of July 9th with my boyfriend. The nurses put me in a gown, grippy socks, and a surgical cap. Dr Mustoe came in to put marks on me, and I showed him another "wish photo" just to confirm the size I wanted. He left, and the nurses wheeled me into the operating room. The anithesiologist put the anithesia in my IV, and I don't even remember counting down, when I woke up! Dr Mustoe was there with my boyfriend, the procedure took 1 hour and went perfectly. I honestly could not be happier with the result. I have absolutely no regrets. I saw Dr. Mustoe a week later and he removed the stitches. He recommended Kelocote, a silicone based scar gel that I have been using for the past 3 weeks and seems to be working extremely well!
I am so so happy with my decision to see Dr Mustoe. Just be ready to wait about 20 minutes for each consultation and appointment. This didn't bother me because with something so big like surgery, I know that the Dr's time is precious and hectic. I have no regrets and am so so happy with my results!
I started as a small B, and Dr Mustoe added 340cc saline implants submuscular through the nipple (this was the best choice, scarring is minimal, you can hardly see it since it traces the bottom of the nipple).
I returned to the gym recently, (week 3), and I feel great. I'm still a bit sore and I've been taking it easy, just a lot of light cardio and legs. Feeling normal again and so wonderful in my own body. I would honestly trust Dr. Mustoe with any cosmetic surgery, and recommend him to all my friends and family!

Dr. Mustoe is a wonderful doctor. He is a perfectionist, he is kind, comforting, patient, and down to earth. He is extremely professional and out any concern of mine at ease. He even called the next day to check up on me. Extremely pleased with my choice and wouldn't do anything different!
