I had terrible skin before I started accutane. It was to the point that my entire face, there was not a spot without a zit on it.The pros about it is that it cleared up my skin and now I have less oil on my face. The cons about it is that it really dried my skin, lips and nose out leading to crack split lips and nosebleeds, nausea, painful joints, hair loss. But honestly all of those side effects were worth it to me. It changed my life. I took it when I was fifteen, and now here I am one yr later and still clear!
