Decided to undergo a mommy makeover to "get my body back." I put that in quotations because that is what people generally say. However, I feel I am going to be better than ever. Prior to surgery I have saggy skin etc and although the gym had helped with weight loss it wasn't helping with my saggy skin or rectus diastasis. I actually feel my diastasis was significantly limiting my workouts! So... I am one week out an feeling amazing. Most pain I experienced was from having to walk flexed, but that is normal and to be expected. At this point I am taking hardly any pain medication and moving around with minimal discomfort!
