Almost 100%. Still have some soreness on the incisions but only need tylenol once or twice a day. I love the way my body looks now. My husband is very helpful due to me not being able to pick up anything heavy. Once you start moving around you really start to feel better. When I was at home recovering I was very focused on the pain and not moving much. After I got the ok from the md I was moving more and trying to get back to life. Now my pectoral muscles feel so much better and my breast are still a little high but that will take time on its own. Sorry this is brief but I'm on a phone. I will try to do an updated picture when I get home. I highly recommend Dr Lund for surgery. He is a wonderful doctor. I'm amazed at how my breasts and nipple are so symmetrical. I'm so happy with my 'investment ' :-)

Yesterday after surgery I slept some of the day and barely felt any pain. The pain pump, pain med and the muscle relaxer worked wonders. Before the surgery Dr.Lund came and explained everything that was going to happen. He said that he would try the 650cc and the 700cc narrow implants to see which one would lay more appropriate for my chest cavity. He said the 700 narrow implant looked so much better than the 650 wide implant. Apparently my breast tissue on one side had so much muscle fiber than the other side. Dr Lund said if I had a mammogram he would not believe that they were from the same patient. The lift went very well and my husband said Dr Lund made sure that they were perfectly aligned. He is such a perfectionist and I really like that in a surgeon. My anesthesia made me have amnesia which apparently was pretty funny. Lol. My husband said that I would ask the same question like multiple times. I knew I asked the question but I couldn't remember the answer. Today is day 2 and I felt great this morning. If you've ever been engorged after pregnancy this hurts a lot less. But also remember I had the good meds ;-) this afternoon I woke up from a nap and wad really sore. Probably on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst I'm a 6. Of course I'm a little past my time to take the meds so right now I'm waiting for them to kick in. The pain pump is working pretty good. I can tell when that gives me a good does cause I get a bit loopy. Dr Lund said I HAVE to relax for a few days otherwise the incision site could come undone and cause big problems. I look a hot mess cause I can't get in the shower yet. I had my husband wipe me down since I can't get any bandages wet. Strict rules I have to follow : no lifting over 20 lbs, no bending over, no cleaning, and no lifting arms up. Luckily my husband has been very helpful with our 2 yr old and 10 month old. I'm really think I'm going to be so happy with these results. I have taken off the surgical bra yet but I can't wait until I can. I highly recommend Dr Lund even the nurses say he's very very good at his job and is very professional yet has a great sense of humor. He was very honest with me about any questions I had. I felt comfortable knowing he was a perfectionist and it would've bothered me if I asked for something and he did it knowing it wasn't exactly going to look good. Well the pain med is kicking in so I better stop typing before I repeat myself too much :-)

My husband and I went to the md to get my final size for my augmentation. I got there and first we went in and made my payment for the surgery. I ended up buying the scar treatment cream that they offer. I thought about getting it through the internet for cheaper but after thinking of the things that can go wrong (fake product, never receiving the product) I decided I buying it from the md was more assuring. After that we went into the room that has a desk a table and the mirror. The nurse went over all the surgery do's and don'ts. She taught us about the pain pump. Then was the fun part... trying on the bras and implants. I'm 5'10 and about 194. The implant for the silicone 600cc wasn't too much different than my miracle bra. Husband agreed. Next was the 700cc. We thought that was perfect! It was big but for my chest size, weight, and height, it wasn't as big as it sounds. I will be posting pictures but I haven't gotten them off my phone yet. The nurse took my before pictures and then the md came in. He said that due to my chest circumference it would be better if I went with the 650cc. The breast will lay too far outside my body and give me more of a matronly look. It was only off by less than quarter of an inch so he's going to have both sizes there in the surgery. He will see if he can use the 700 but if that is too big he will have the 650 there. I said that I trust his judgement. My husband is now very excited. I loved they way they made my body shape more curvy and my hip looked smaller. I think this will be a great move for me. Dr Lund said he was going to make a small incision under my breast for the implant. There will also be a small crescent incision above the nipple for the lift. Exactly 1 week from today and I will have my new body!
