incision placement
I forgot to add that my incision placement is also perfect! He got it exactly where I wanted. Its COMPLETELY hidden in my panties and bikini bottoms! The redness on my pic is from the surgical tape and like I said, I'm still super swollen but LOVE my results :)
Beyond Happy!
two days ago, I went for a post op in which the nurse removed my drain. What a WEIRD feeling! It didn't hurt at all, but just so weird feeling. It felt like a long long tube coming out. She then removed my dressing and gave me a new garment.
Yesterday, I took off all my clothes for the first time so that I could finally shower and I almost cried from happiness! I am still super swollen but the results- are unbelievable!! I have so much appreciation for my PS. I can't believe what he did to my body. What he did to my body was the BEST thing I ever done for ME :). I have been so happy all day yesterday and today and beyond excited to see how much better I'm going to look when the swelling goes down.
Even my husband is amazed. My boobs look absolutely awesome! I just got 200ccs more which doesn't seem like a lot but WOW!!!
I'll go ahead and post a pic. I will show you my before- which is so embarrassing but it'll give you an idea of the fantastic results! I admire my PS so much and if anyone here is reading this and contemplating a Mommy Makeover, DO IT. But find a good PS that knows what he is doing. Read patient reviews, before after pics, and ask other people opinion about the PS. Or take a drive to New Jersey and see my PS :). This has all been beyond perfect, and all my mommy guilt of being "selfish" is completely gone.

A little better!
I'm 5 days post op and doing much better. Still in pain but the vicodin helps with that. The headaches suck but I found out that if I drink a TON OF WATER then it goes away! The only draw back is that I have to go pee every few minutes. lol. but its much better than dealing with a migraine.
I drained 25cc's in the last 24 hours and I called doc who said to see how much I drain tomorrow. The drain really isn't all that bad tbh. I heard of horror stories about people pulling it out etc but I haven't even come close to that happening. I just really want to see my tummy so bad but can't cause its all wrapped. The nurse said that once drain is out I'll probably be more swollen but I don't care at this point. I just want to see my tummy without a pouch :)
My boobs look so amazing! They are so big and nothing like post op after the first BA where they were totally square and bruised. I'm so excited to wear a bikini this summer. I haven't since baby #3 which totally stretched my belly.
I still have a flabby but and will work on squats when I can. I love my PS so much for what he has done. Mommy makeovers really do wonders for a person! I have not felt depressed or got the post op blues like some women get. I hope I don't get it. I do remember 2days after the surgery I when I was in so much pain thinking what the heck did I do? But I know its all worth it!
I also want to add that the week before my surgery I was so anxious and nervous and worried about if something happened, who would take care of my family. I questioned why I was doing this? Am I that selfish and vain that I'm willing to put my life at risk for the sake of looking better and doing something I don't need but want? I remember laying there at night after putting my 5 yr old to sleep and feeling so guilty!!
But then I knew that if I didn't do this now, I would be kicking myself later. Also the risk of surgery for MM is not higher than risking driving on the freeway- that made me feel better! Also taking a ton of pre op pics of how ugly my stomach was helped too- lol.
So to anyone who is feeling guilty or questioning whether or not they should, all I can say is go for it! Do it for you. Find the perfect PS and he will make your dreams come true :)

I cannot say more good things about my wonderful PS and his amazing staff! Everyone at that office are so sweet, caring, and helpful! Dr. Sorokin is the coolest doctor out there. He's so down to earth, confident, and is rated top doc for many years. His work is sooo amazing. He truly cares and strives to give you the hottest look that you want! Even the anesthesiologist (Dr. Jiang?) was awesome! I can't remember her name but she is a cute asian lady :) I was not nauseous at all! I totally look forward to seeing him at my appts. lol- Marla is my favorite nurse! She is so sweet/caring and I love her!
