It has been suggested that better before and after photo's would be helpful.
I am reluctant to post pictures of my bare breasts on this website so I have added photo's wearing bikini tops.
After the 'before photo' was taken I lost another half stone in weight by the time I wanted surgery. Consequently my breasts were much saggier by then.
The 'after' photo is taken 6 weeks post surgery. The bikini top gives no support whatsoever so it gives a clear, true picture of the results so far.

I am a forty something mother of two with two sons who tower above me now. During pregnancy my breasts swelled from a b cup to double d. Over time I lost a considerable amount of weight. I exercised regularly and my torso toned up but no matter what I did I could not prevent or cure my breasts from drooping nor fill the excess skin that left them droopy and wrinkly with saggy skin. My self confidence crashed and I no longer considered myself to be an attractive woman.
After a lot of research I chose to have a consultation with Mr Ross. From the very start he gave me honest, realistic advice without any pressure whatsoever. After a few meetings I was sure that my chosen procedure was right for me.
The rest of the team were equally knowledgable, caring and approachable. I was given support at each stage of the process.
The operation went very well indeed. I was mobilising well within hours of coming out of theatre and was discharged the next day. At times I had queries about my healing process. These were addressed promptly and efficiently each time by Mr Ross, even when I raised concerns during a weekend.
I am now in week five post surgery. It is very difficult to put into words how delighted I am with the results. My breasts look better than ever, but more importantly (for me) it has restored so much of my self confidence. That, in itself, is priceless to me.
Even though it is unlikely that I will need any more surgical help, Mr Ross and his team have all made it very clear that I can contact them anytime if I have any worries at all. Their aftercare is second to none.
If, like me, you are doing a lot of research to find the right surgeon, I know that you will see plenty of cheaper alternatives. I am so glad that I did not go down that route. Mr Ross is worth every penny of the few that is charged - for the great advice, the great care (including aftercare) and the amazing results.
Next on my list will be a facelift. I won't be 'shopping around' - Mr Ross has my complete faith and trust. I would recommend him to anyone.
