I have 2 kids and trying to get back to my before weight. I'm sooo nervous. I've never had surgery everrrr. So I need some pointers and for someone to tell me I'm going to live... ha! I can't wait to get it over with and see the results. I'm size 16 now and 200 lbs so I'm curious if anyone else was the same size and to know what they got down to. Thanks everyone. :)

Misty in Charlotte-I hope you come back to update! Did you have your surgery yet? I am about your size...I wear a 16 & weigh 183lbs...my surgery is scheduled for April 22 (4 days away ahh)! I am sooo ready to have this tummy tucked!!! Hope you come back to reply! I'd love to see your results and hear how things went!

Hi Misty,

I have had many surgeries, and today I am 9 days post-op from FTT. Athough I expected the worst with this surgery and recovery, it has not been nearly as bad as anticipated. I think getting my tonsils removed was worse.

I PROMISE you will live through your tummy tuck surgery!!

I haven't much to offer for advice with your size and TT, but most all of the before and after pics prove fabulous results --with great variances in size.

I wish you a seamless surgery for tomorrow, and a speedy recovery thereafter. Can't wait to see an update.
