Constricted breast and double bubble

I have my 6 months post check up next week and I'm just wondering how to address the conditions that I still have. Obviously, I started out with a drastic case of asymmetry but the constricted breast wasn't really addressed. I'm afraid that nothing was done in regards to that, which is why I'm still left with a pointed left breast with a double bubble. I'm also still seeing two very different breasts. I have already had one revision and I cannot imagine doing this again. But Can these problems be fixed? I'm also still not happy with my size. One thing I've learned from all of this is if you are tall with a wide torso, you need bigger implants, no matter how much the big numbers scare you. If I had it to do all over again, I would go for 650 or 700 ccs.

I had a bad severe case of asymmetry. I didn't...

I had a bad severe case of asymmetry. I didn't like the large nipples. I had one, if not two, constricted breasts, and a good bit of sagging. I needed a complete overhaul so I had a lift with a lollipop procedure on the smaller side, the left, and an anchor on the bigger side, the right. I also had round silicone implants, moderate profile, added, 530 ccs on the left and 480 ccs on the right. My first surgery was in May of 2014 and it left me with a good bit of asymmetry. Also, I didn't feel as if my size really increased. My second surgery was in October of 2014. While my breasts are definitely more symmetrical, I still see a difference in sizes. Also, i do not feel as if they look big enough to be 530 on the left and 480 on the right. When I was measured for a bra, they told me that I was a 34DDD. I certainly don't feel like they are that big, and I don't think they look that big. Most of my size is off to the side and I feel like my breasts lay flat to my chest instead of sticking out. My doctor has said that he was very limited with the size he could make me because of my left size being so much smaller. I do not want to have a third surgery (nor does my husband want to pay for one) but I am still not happy. Is there a possibility for me to go larger? Also, I feel like my breasts are too far apart and my right nipple points down. And, will my breasts drop some more?
