I heard about Dr. Kulbersh from a friend and was curious because he was trained by a surgeon I know. His staff was really nice, I waited about 5 minutes and was taken in.

He put a cool pack on my face so it wouldn't hurt and I was done in a few! And I could still move my face after which is a big deal for me!
