Excruciating -not for the sensitive types. I've had my neck & face done 5 times. Doing both eliminates the line of demarcation. I took half a Lortab this time & wished I had taken the whole thing. The numbing cream doesn't help much. I ask to have the cold air wand disconnected from the laser wand, then I hold & control the cold air, this helps. Fraxel really works so I keep doing it. I had fraxel dual yesterday and I stayed at home today. Very swollen around the eyes - elephant man like. Put your recovery cream in the fridge , it feels so nice. Ice down continuously. And ask your doctor for a pain killer!

Never have problems with this practice. Use them for medical & cosmetic. Very organized & professional .
Good tip to put the cream in the fridge - I bet that does feel good!
