Very fond of these two pics right here. I love the fullness!

FIRST CONSULT DONE! suggested 400cc ultra high profile, submuscular

I had my first consultation yesterday with Dr. Patrick O'Neill on Daniel Island in Charleston! The consult went great and he was very knowledgeable and seemed to really sympathize with my desire to regain my volume after extreme weight loss. He said that he thinks I am in the clear from needing a lift and that we could simply do a breast augmentation alone! Phew!! We tried on some sizes and he originally gave me 350s and slowly went up from there. I really liked the look and feel of the 400s and said I think I would be happiest with them. Based on my measurements he said we could go up as high as 430 but it will all boil down to what things look like internally on the day of surgery. The one curve ball he threw me was his suggestion of an ultra high profile. He said that for my small and narrow frame, ultra high profiles can sometimes be the way to go to avoid intense armpit boob and constant arm/boob collision. He said this was a good option for smaller women who want fuller volume.

I have read quite a bit about ultra high profile implants giving you the "super fake look" or the shelf appearance which is not what I am going for! If anyone could provide some insight to UHP and/or their experience, that would be awesome :)

We're looking to complete surgery at the end of January. Will have a set date soon!

So after reading countless posts from other users...

So after reading countless posts from other users about their BA experiences, I have decided to begin documenting my own journey to hopefully help others as well as to have something to look back on when this is all done and over! :)

Since puberty, I always had very large breasts compared to my peers and friends. In 5th grade I was a C cup and by high school I was a DD-DDD. In high school I gained a pretty large amount of weight and by the time I was in college I weighed in at 206 pounds. Prior to college graduation, I decided it was time to get healthy and over the course of a year and a half I lost over 80 pounds and have since maintained :) I currently weigh between 120-125 (depending on time of day and time of the month hehe) and am very happy but unfortunately have been left with very deflated breast. I'm now about a 32B and have trouble even filling that out. I no longer have cleavage, just wrinkling and saggy skin folds when I try to push my twins together. Def not a good look!

I have officially booked two consultations to get this boobie party started for 9/25 and 9/28! I wanted to feel the vibe from two different docs and compare their methods, techniques, and prices before ultimately choosing one.

For now, my goal is to refil my loose tatas and go with as many cc's needed to accomplish that. I would be happy back at a D cup, if possible, as I was always used to having "voluptuous" breasts. But of course, I am open to whatever is deemed clinically necessary and realistic for my new physique. There are soo many different kind of implants, ways to place them, and areas of insertion that I really don't know what is best but am sure I will learn lots at my consultations! For now I think I would like to go with a high profile implant but that is as far as know thus far.

I would love to hear from others with similar stores to mine and even from those who have just been through this whole process! I've never had surgery before and am quite nervous for the anesthesia as well as recovery portions.

Thanks!! :)
