Pre-op they take time to answer questions, walk you through the procedure, and offer support where needed. There is no rush to make a decision and the focus is completely on the customer. Post op they call periodically to check in and can be reached at any time. Even got a personal call from Dr. K after 9pm just to ensure I was doing ok.

In the months following they continue to keep communication open and want you to come back just to visit and see the progress. Overall I have never had a more knowledgeable, courteous, and caring doctor/team.
