I'm 45 and had my nasolabial folds filled with Radiesse. This was the first filler I'd had, and after much research I decided to trust a very experienced injector. I experienced swelling on both sides of my mouth for 2-3 days and bruising on 1 side. One side of my mouth is amazing, and looks 10 years younger. The other side looks almost as good, there is a very slight lump that is almost unnoticeable. Overall, I'd do this again in a heartbeat. You should not consider Radiesse if you're unwilling to tolerate potential mistakes, such as unintended lumps. Radiesse is not dissolvable. Choose an injectable that is sorrectable if you are at all concerned about potential problems.

Great staff. Dr. Finley, MD does all of the injections, and that is a big plus for me. Highly recommend her and her staff. Excellent service and results.
It sounds like you went in with very reasonable expectations. I'm so glad you are pleased with how it came out! Were you able to cover the bruising with make-up just fine, or could it still be seen?
