Syringe was defective & snapped during...

Syringe was defective & snapped during injection causing massive pain, bruising & swelling. Bruising on face was unsightly & lasted weeks. Teosyal warrantied & replaced defective syringe with practitioner. Matter was brought to Teosyal's attention & ignored. Unfortunately they have little or no regard for patient suffering as a result of their faulty product. Very poor customer service.

Hi Britt

Not much doctor could say except to package snapped syringe up & say manufacture would replace it. However, after personally contacting Teosyal (sending pic's), they said they would run a quick investigation & let me know cause, accountability, etc. I have sent follow up emails & they have been ignored. This was almost 2 months ago.

Bruising & swelling have since dissappeared.
