“Fifth Rhinoplasty - Canada”

After my fifth rhinoplasty, my nose still dose not look right,it's asymmetrical and has bumps and indentations.I was told by the last doctor this would be the last,I'm very frustrated and just want to get on with my life.My first operation was for a breathing related problem,which changed the shape of my nose,it's now spun into a cosmetic surgery headache.

Should I just live with it or go under the knife once again.I have very realistic expectations but this is ridiculous. This spans over a 20 year period,the last being 3 months ago.Ear cartilage and rib cartilage have already been used in previous operations. I'm not looking for the perfect nose, just a nice looking nose.I would be willing to travel anywhere,if it's worth while, any comments would be appreciated.
