I just got my invisaligns today. I advise this treatment rather than braces! Although they are painful, they do not hurt as badly as people say they do. They do give me a bit of a lisp but it is pretty much gone now.

The invisalign treatment gives you an over view step by step look of how your teeth will look after each aligner which was very help ful! My teeth did bleed a bit and they do feel very uncomfertable and painful but nothing unbearable. The aligners can be taken out easily to eat, I had no problems with that. But right now they are recommended! I will keep you posted, if you have questions you can tweet me at xoalaya !

Right now, my teeth stopped hurting.
The first 3 days were really painful. When I wrote my last review it wasn't that bad but its more the 2nd day of having the aligners in that brought the pain. It was achey and it hurt to take the aligners out and put them back in.
Now, I can barely feel the aligners in my mouth. The only hassle is cleanign the aligners, I don't want to put something dirty in my mouth so I have to constantly scrub at the aligners to get the plaque out.
Also, aligners can give bad breath too, so I constantly brush and eat mints.

I can totally not feel the invisaligns in my mouth! Unfortunately, no available times were free for my orthadontist so I can't get my second set til next Wednesday :(.

How are things feeling? Have they eased up at all?

Honestly there first 3 days were so painful I cried taking out the retainer and I couldn't eat because it hurt so much.
Now, I have no pain at all and I can barely feel the aligners in my mouth

Sorry to hear you had such a rough three days. :-/  I'm so glad to hear things have gotten better though!

Keep us posted, I'll be interested to hear how things go when you move to a new tray!
