Just came back from a 2 week tropical swimsuit...

Just came back from a 2 week tropical swimsuit vacation with a goal. Firm my backside-saddle pouch, and tummy area. I am 48, mother of 2 adult age children, a very successful mastered degreed professional, married, consistent with my running exercise (focus primarily on cardio exercises). Need to shed vacation weight + (12 lbs) so I can regain my confidence & look good all natural.
