“Can't Breathe out of Left Nostril Due to Lump in Nostril After Closed Rhinoplasty”

I had closed rhinoplasty 2.5 months ago. My bump was shaved, alot of tip work done, alar base reduction, and collumella brought in.
I have a lump on the inner part of my left nostril. This lump is pushing my collumella to the right. I also can't breathe through my left nostril. I can breathe perfect out of the right nostril but nothing out of the left. The lump is very sore also. Also my nostrils are uneven. My left nostril curls while my right is straight.
Needed at least 5 days of bed rest. Bruising for at least a month. Swelling was horrible. First day cast came off started looking better week 4 and it gradually shrinking in the tip. No progress change in the nostrils numbness still exists still sore in the collumella

My questions are..is this lump swelling or scar tissue? Will I be able to breathe normal out of my left nostril or will I need a revision? Could this lump be an infection and should I have it checked immediately? And..Will my left nostril uncurl or become more even as time passes?
