I'm really sad because I feel like not being able...

WORTH IT$7,000
I'm really sad because I feel like not being able to work out for so long has set me back. I think my 5 week post-op pitures look the best so far. I am adding my 7 week pictures, but I feel so blah....no working out=weight gain and loss of my toned body. :-( I started back up at the gym on Monday and I am soooo out of shape...just after 7 weeks. It amazes me how fast I can get out of shape. I also am getting over a spray tan so the pictures looks weird like week 6 pictures.

Hey there CP. I can't believe we're 2 months plus out. Hope you are feeling as good as me. Just a few minor things here & there, but overall I feel great. One of the hardest things is getting back into the workout routine. It was so hard to get into in the first place all those years ago, and now I just want to be lazy. I tell you what though, when I do weights in front of the mirror, I have to concentrate on not staring at my body instead of looking at the muscles I'm supposed to be working. What's a woman to do? ;o)

Did you have drains for your TT? Were they at the ends of the incision? That's where mine were & that area of my scar is still pretty sensitive. My hubby will come up and grab my waist, and always is hitting those spots. Do you have any issues with that?
I am feeling great! The past 2 weeks I've been getting 2-3 hours of exercise in a day! Feels so good to work out! I was sensitive int the tummy drain areas but that has gone away. :-)
you look great!
THANK YOU! :-)
How you doing CP? Can you believe it's been over 3 months? I'm loving every minute of it now -- well almost every minute. The few things I would be happpy to give up are my sensitive spots on my TT scar where the drains came out, and the odd feeling everytime my entire abdomen decides to tighten up. It's so weird, it's not tight & within a second, it will be. Not sure what makes that happen.

Are you feeling great? Are you going to post some new pics soon?
I feel FANTASTIC! Best decision of my LIFE! I love everything about my body! I am 130 pounds (137.8 prior to surgery) and have 12% body fat! My breasts are 34C and I NEVER have back pain! It's a miracle!!!! I do need to post pictures, but I want to wait until I am tan and not in the evening....especially after I just finished up a session with my personal trainer! I do have some lumpy parts of the abs but the PS said that it can be that way up to a year along with some bruising I still have. He gave me the clear to work all parts of my body and said that in 3 months when I go back he wants to see my abs nice and tight and strong.
:-) I will try to post some pictures this weekend when I can do it first thing in the morning and my husband is home!
