Well tomorrow is the big day! I am soooo scared and anxious! Reading these reviews have made me extremely nervous about what I am about to do! But...at the same time, I am looking forward to losing this extra fat I just can't get rid of!

Now on day 19 have some hardness central to the abdomen still tender and swollen. See some subtle changes, just wondering how long does the hardness last? I have been "massaging" the area if you will, It feels like maybe its getting smaller. Is this part of the healing process?
