Invisalign Does Not Let Your Teeth Remineralize; More Prone to Cavities, Enamel Wear Accelerated - California

  • Not Worth It
  • Cost: $5,000
  • California

I did not do enough research but since I do not...

I did not do enough research but since I do not have a dental degree should I be responsible in knowing the possible faults of invisalign? I asked many questions but not the right ones.

The people who are complaining about the procedure are absolutely correct believe what you read here. Too bad I did not read this a year and a half ago.

Great review?

Prone to cavities, yes. Havent gotten any yet, hopefully it will stay like that. I do brush and floss like crazy though.

Remineralize? I am very interested to hear what that is myself. Are you talking about saliva washing and protecting your teeth?

Hi cookie123 -- Welcome to RealSelf's dental community. I'm so sorry to hear about the troubles you're having. I did some Googling on the stuff you mentioned but didn't come up with a lot of answers. Could you explain a bit more about what you mean by "remineralizing"? Thanks. :)
