I had my first BA in 2000, and because of bottoming out I had them re-done in march 2010 by the same doctor, so I total of $14500..375cc saline first time, and 450 mod plus silicone 2010..I am dissapointed with the results..I never had muscle distortion the first BA..and the unevenness, and lack of nice cleavage line bothers me..I fell there is an indent on the right side and a little loose skin on the left at cleavage line...Doctor has agreed to fix for another $2000, not sure what to do..my husband doesn't want me going through it again..and I don't know if I trust the same doctor..appreciate any feedback..thanks so much..

The whole experience with doc and staff was awful..and he kept saying for the first 9 months they looked great..even with muscle distortion and unevenness..so I lost trust..his wife works with the finances..and was very rude..pretty much said I deserved the muscle distortion for going bigger, went from 375cc saline to 450cc mod plus..she was ignorant

From your pics maybe you need to consider another type of placement - sub-glandular might work better. My GF works out at the gym and she complained about the same thing happening so she had them changed to sub-glandular. This corrected the problem for her and improved the gap between her breasts. My GF is 430cc over no problems now.
