4 weeks PO today!!
4 weeks post op...wow that was quite the long recovery!!
Finally able to sleep on my side for most of the night. I don't wear my binder at all any more but do most wear spanx during the day and then nothing at night.
My right side hurts abit, not sure why? maybe just an increase in activity.
Loving the results and the count down is on until I can workout again! I want to make some abs!!

Day 23 Post Op & YEY!!!! feeling better!
Day 23 Post OP and I think I turned a major corner!!! I've switched from the binder to spanx during the day and nothing at night. I can finally sleep on my side!! Thats been huge as i've never been a back sleeper. My swelling, although still there, has gone down considerably.
It still hurts when I sneeze and when I pick up my 2 year old, it doesn't hurt but it doesn't feel good. Today, we're going for about a 4 mile walk. Its our favourite walk to a coffee shop and then back. I'm really missing being active so I hope the walk goes well!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Paul Whidden, his staff and his facility. The entire experience is like being at a spa. The staff takes care of the smallest details so the only thing a patient has to worry about is showing up on surgery day. Dr. Whidden is very matter of fact and does not try to "sell" his services. I really appreciated his beside manner as it made me feel very confident in my decision to have breast augmentation and then go back for a tummy tuck & umbilical hernia repair.
