On july 25th,2011 I had my BA. Both of my nipples were removed to place the silicone gel implant. I was not aware my nipples were going to be remove. He didn't not put the little pump to drain any fluid.

My PS is one of the best surgeon in Mexicali. I had no concerns prior to my surgery until after. I'm not happy with the current results. My left breast is higher than right one. My left nipple is normal,right nipple swollen and puffy:( I still feel alittle sore, tighness and some throbbing on both nipples. I have some pain on my neck and left shoulder.

My bruises were awful, now they are fading (thank God) I know I have a long way to go before I see results, but are my symptoms normal? I'm afraid I might be retaining any fluid and if so, that might be the reason of my large breast.. Can some one answered my concerns..

Well, you're not very far out from your surgery, so you could just be swollen. Have you contacted your surgeon about this? You should call and ask what he thinks.

Another idea is to ask a doctor on RealSelf what he or she thinks of your situation. If you do this, please include a photo.
