Dr. Joe placed my original saline implants in the spring of 2010. September of 2014, the left implant deflated and needed to be removed. After consulting with Dr. Joe's very friendly/helpful staff, I decided to replace both implants-switching to silicone. Although the original implants did improve the look of my breasts (3 kids, all breastfed, so very empty/saggy look!), I always felt they were larger than what someone my size (5'4"-115 lbs) could pull off as being there own. I decided on smaller size and couldn't be happier. I found the second surgery (incision under the breast) to be more uncomfortable than the first (underarm incision) particularly on the side of the deflation but healed very quickly just as i had the first placement.
