it was less painfull but more stresfull postop. also i feel like the sinus is growing forward again - we did not use titanium screws and build strong reinforcement - u have this options with some doctors. overall i am more happy with results then not, i do suggest to take a doctor who also uses bone cement do fill in all the small gaps that can be seen where the bone is broken.
