I had a rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago, meant to narrow my nostrils since my nose was significantly wide. Im very displeased with the way i look. One side looks bigger than the oter, not just the nostril, but the whole side looks with a different shape, i wonder if this is going to change with time, or i will have to go thru a new rhinoplasty to have this corrected. I have attached as a reference. Please advise. I feel deformed. Because my nose looks so wide, uneven sides, and asymetrical nostrisl.

I would say that you're probably still pretty swollen and to not worry just yet. I actually think your nose looks pretty rockin'. Scrutinizing your pics to see what I'm missing...maybe a shot from another angle would be more telling?

Also keep in mind that once the splint comes off, our new noses can look pretty weird to us for a while. I know that's how I felt.

Please keep me/us posted on how you're feeling and what happens when the swelling goes down more.
