Weight loss
Hello seelver, it's been awhile since I came on here but with 2 jobs and full time school I crazy. So my weight loss is doing a lower than I expected. I do see that I am losing inches, I got to look at some of my records and I always thought I was 298, but my starting weight was between 301 and 298 my weight this morning was 256 so I have lost 42 in 3 months, I sometimes get very discouraged but I remind myself that everyone losses weight differently. Would I do this again most definately the beat decision I have made
