Better photos

It occurred to me that because I'm sticking out my chest in these other pictures it looks like my nipples face outward. Here are better pictures with a relaxed posture.

I didn't have tuberous breasts before this.

When I intially went to see the doctor, I had heard so many good things and hoped for similar results. I was 23 years old and has lost a lot of volume since motherhood. I had very deflated looking c's and wanted her to restore me to my former dd's from High school. She was very thoughtful and listened to everything I had to say. Surgery went just fine and the first year the results looked ok. However, at a year and a half I began to notice drooping and a strange look to my breasts. I went back to the doctor and while she was polite, my concerns were met with replies of it being normal, none of it bei her fault and that she could fix it but I would have to pay again. Over these years my breasts have only gotten worse, they've acquired a runny, droopy look when the breast tissue drapes off the implant. Since my visit with her, I've been ashamed and have mostly covered up and tried to not let them be seen. I decided to go to a spa this weekend and what I was told was the last straw. A fellow steamer said, in a not so hushed whisper, that my breasts were the worse job she'd ever seen done, "a disaster akin to a Picasso". This is word for word, no exaggeration. I didn't get these done to feel shame or have my self esteem end up worse than when I went in. While she was very nice and initial results are good, interest seems to fall off the minute something goes wrong down the road. Now I'm looked to get a revision on what should have been a great job the first time and I'm waiting to hear from the doctor.

Bedside manner was good and she is very thoughtful but I don't think she took my concerns seriously, nor did she admit fault at any point.
