Am a 5'4 200 lbs 34 yr old mother of 3 girls ages 7, 10 and 14. I was 135lbs b4 children. I have lost most of the wt b4 but gained it back x'2. Now am more determined then ever to lost it n keep it off! The only thing am not looking forward to is the losse belly n breast I know I will have!

Thank god for Plastic surgery. I have been researching A few plastic surgeons near me n comparing prices. I have my first consultation scheduled for Feb. 28th.

Keep at it and you will get there. Also continue doing your research on doctors and I know you will find the right doctor for you. This is a process that can't be rushed.

Focus on being healthy and getting within about 20 pounds of your ideal weight before surgery. The closer you are to your ideal weight the better the results.
