My facelift was done six years ago in my early fifties. The result was excellent and very natural and the effects are still obvious. The surgeon didn't do as great a job on my eyes and said it was because I needed a brow lift as well. This cost extra. I went ahead with that and it made no real difference to my eyes or face. All I ended up with was a higher hairline.

I'll certainly have a refresher facelift one day when I can afford one and in the mean time get another surgeon to fix the slightly loose skin left above one eye. None of this is cheap but its the best confidence booster around.
