Had Bright Smile about 4 years ago. Advertised as one hour procedure, but ended up being more like two. Very uncomfortable during the entire time, with big blocks in my mouth. Worse, there was no noticeable difference in whiteness of my teeth, however there was unbelievable tooth sensitivity that lasted for over a year, despite two treatments to reduce the sensitivity. I would never do this again! In fact, I am planning on getting veneers and my dentist (a different one than the one who did my Bright Smile) asked if I wanted to bleach my teeth first, and I said, "NO!"
