2 weeks post op
At almost 3 weeks I had my first follow up with Mr Frati! My Coordinator Helena was there and so excited to see me and my sister. Mr Frati was happy with the results and took more pictures!
So far I am loving my results, I'm so happy I listened to Mr Frati with the breast size, he knows exactly what he's doing! The nose is still swollen and sore Mr Frati is happy that's all normal and that the results will improve over time. But I love it already!

Cast and tape off! Week 2
It's wierd to spend a full week not being able to see your results! My breasts certainly swelled in the tape during the week I was worried they were going to be massive but they slowly went back down.
Cast off was pretty emotional! I did cry! Think it was nerves and anticipation followed by relief and happiness that I liked it! It was very splint shaped to start with but that quickly got better.
My breast incisions healed really well. The nurse changed my dressings and I was advised not to get them wet for another day or so and after that I could shower normally but not soak my wounds and pat them dry after. I was also advised not to get to hot in the shower as your skin sweats after so it can cause your wounds will break down!
The nose was super sensitive and I held off make up other than light powder.
My breasts were very dry. Pre op iv been using Nspa shea butter to help avoid stretch marks and I was advised to use it after as the tape had left my skin very dry.
My nipples were so sensitive even shower water hurt!! They felt better in my surgical bra so unless washing I wore this all the time. They felt heavy and a bit tender but comfortable in my bra.

Mr Frati doesn't always say much during consultations but he will answer all your questions, even briefly. After trying on the sizers I was worries what he recommended was going to be to big but he just knows what's going to look right for your size, I trusted what he said and I'm so glad I did! I love my breasts and nose they are both amazing! He doesn't explain it all unless you ask, I'm the kind of person who wants to know everything but he knows exactly what he is doing and what's going to look right. My Whole experience was brilliant and my sister who had the same procedures is also thrilled with her results.
