I had 600cc breast implants put in in Cancun Mexico. I chose to go to Mexico because the cost was less and i wanted to be undisturbed during the first week of the healing process. i got implants because I have never been happy with the size of my breasts.

I had 600cc breast implants put in 4 weeks ago. Today my right breast is swollen and tender. Could this be one side dropping faster than the other, an infection? My plastic surgeon is in another country so I can't just hop on over to see him.

Swallen and tender bothers me along with surgery in Mexico, My suspicion of infection is high. You need to see a BOARD CERTIFIED PS. That is the problem withgoing abroad because of cheaper surgry. now if infected your health is at risk and possible deformity of the breast. SEE A PS ASAP
